Don't toSs those Pumpkin SeEds - Roast them

Roast Pumpkin seeds to make a quick and crispy snake.

THINGS YOU WILL NEED
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Baking pan with raised edges
HERE'S HOW TO MAKE
  • Preheat the oven to 176ยบ Celsius.
  • Separate the seeds from pumpkin glop and Rinse and dry them with paper towel. After that put the seeds in the baking pan.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the pumpkin seeds and sprinkle the salt water to them. Stir the seeds to coat them with oil. Then spread the seeds out evenly over the bottom of baking pan.
  • Roast for 10 minutes, then remove the pan from the oven and stir the seeds. Return the pan to oven and roast for another 10  minutes until the seeds are golden brown.
  • Keep the seeds for 5 min to let them cool, then transfer them to a plate with a paper towel to soak up the extra oil.
  • You can add other spices to experiment what flavour you like best.
