       1. A man is wearing black. Black shoes, socks, trousers, jumper, gloves and balaclava. He is walking down a black street with all the street lamps off. A black car is coming towards him with its lights off too but somehow manages to stop in time. How did the driver see the man?

ANSWERS

1.       Its day time.

2.         Kerry was born a little before midnight on February 28 of a non-leap year and Terry just after midnight, ie on March 1. This year is a leap year, hence February 29 intervenes, so that their birthdays are 2 days apart.

3.         It was he who poisoned the punch (after drinking some).

4.        They are the two survivors of a set of triplets.

5.        They arrived at opposite banks.
Another answer is that the first man crossed over, returned and then the second man crossed.

6.        Nothing.

7.         "My father's son" is the speaker. Since that is the father of "that man" it follows that the speaker is referring to his son.

8.        The plane was flying upside down.

9.        "NOON". If you don't believe me then stand on your head as your read this.
